This is a role within our Customer Experience department and our mission is to ensure excellent experience throughout whole customer lifetime cycle. We are the guardians of the customer voice and we work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class service for our customers and end-users.

As an Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to oversee, maintain and grow operational activities related to the Shopmium App as well as other products in our portfolio. You will be working cross functionally to ensure our end-users and partners satisfaction. In this role you will be the key point of contact for our vendors and will drive optimization and growth. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, but with dotted-line management of our Operations team based in India, responsible for user happiness, content production and receipt processing.

**This role is based in either our London or Paris office and requires fluency in both English and French. Travel up to 20%.*

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Ensure smooth running of Shopmium operations to maximize good customer experience
• Make sure all the internal processes and systems are fully operational and well-integrated with third-party providers
• Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• Stay in charge of key European and global operational projects
• Look for process improvements generating time and cost efficiencies
• Actively look for opportunities to grow revenue including identifying new revenue streams and ways of accelerating the revenue flow
• Manage the operations budget and look for cost efficiencies
• Maintain & further grow solid relationship with the delivery operations team in India and external vendors required for smooth running of the daily operations
• Regular process reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to ensure that the services delivered are in line with Shopmium expectations (KPIs, SLAs, communication, ownership)
• Identify and address platform improvements and issues with the product team and external stakeholders
• Help solve potential risks & issues and proactively recommend preventative measures
• 3rd level escalations contact for all operational matters
• Own key internal tools: maintenance, improvements and troubleshooting

Preferred Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in operations (mobile app or SaaS)
• Good stakeholder management (internal & external) on various seniority levels
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge in Excel and/or G Suit and Google Sheets
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Nice to have: Previous experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Zendesk, Helpshift and/or Monday.com
